All participants in our training programs must:

Sign a liability waiver before participating in training activities
Not be prohibited from possessing firearms under federal or state law
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Firearms training and related activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages. In such instances, you also agree to hold Villen Tactical LLC harmless.
